HOW TO ORDER
  • Browse through our blog or facebook.
  • Choose your desired product/s.
  • Orders are via e-mail (soled.store@gmail.com), with the format bellow:

  • SOLED will give confirmation about the availability of your product request and the payment details including shipping fee that has to be paid.
  • SOLED will deliver the product after the payment confirmation has been sent. 

TERMS and CONDITIONS

  • Each price is indicated under each product.
  • Prices are in Indonesian Rupiahs (IDR), and may change if there are some conditions happen to us.
  • Prices are fixed (non negotiable).
  • No exchange or money refunds after transfers are done.
  • We are not responsible for losses not caused by our faults or indirect losses caused by shipping company or force major. We will be responsible for your losses only if we violate our Terms and Conditions.

DELIVERIES POLICY
  • Goods will be sent via JNE.
  • Deliveries are only available within Indonesia.
  • Delivery fees are not included with item’s price.
  • Delivery will be shipped after proof of transaction is received.
  • Goods will be sent on working days after the transaction proof is received.
  • After goods are shipped, SOLED will not be responsible for any objections, example: accidental loss, destruction or deterioration, etc. (As it will be the responsibility from JNE).

PAYMENT POLICY
  • Payments are via Bank transfer only to SOLED's account.
  • Payment has to be confirmed via email only, by scanning or picture of the bank transfer receipt to validate the purchase.

RETURNS POLICY
  • Return can only be handled regarding to sizing problems with the same style.
  • Return can only be made if your request is available.
  • Return is only acceptable if the price tag has not been removed, no defects on the garment surface and smells, and has not been treated by washing machine/ tumble drying machine/ ironed.
  • Returns have to be done by sending back the goods immediately to SOLED with your own expenses (SOLED's detail address are on the page "Contact Us").
  • Return can only be made if your request is available
You can ask JNE to pick up your items if you are too busy to deliver your goods to JNE, please call (Jakarta only) 021-566 5262 to book a pick up. For non-Jakarta region please see www.tikijne.co.id for each region addresses/ telephone numbers.
